March 2003 - Presented the "Use of Technology as a Strategic HR/Management Tool" to PEO Canada in Toronto.

March 2003 - Presented "Global HRMS - The Issues and The Solutions" to the IHRIM Global Special Interest Group at their annual meeting in Chicago.

October - January 2002/2003 - Designed, developed, and managed a WEB based Focal Review process for over 10,000 employees in the U.S.

September - February 2001/2002 - Designed, developed, and managed a WEB based Focal Review process for over 8,000 employees in the U.S.

October - February 2000/2001 - Helped Agency.com identify their global HRMS requirements in four European countries.

June 2000 - Presented "Implementing A Global HRMS" to the IHRIM Conference in Boston.

Summer 1999 - Successfully designed, developed, and implemented a fully functional HRMS for Motorola Japan.

January - March 1999 - Helped a world renowned pharmaceutical company install their HRMS and train employees in 15 countries.

1996 - 1999 - Helped a world renowned pharmaceutical company define and develop enhancements to their HRMS that fulfilled their global HRMS requirements.

October - December 1995/1996 - Helped Motorola perform a requirements study of their China operations. Designed and worked with the Motorola development team to implement a HRMS in China.

1988 - 1994 - Created and implemented a HRMS used in 40 corporations in 15 countries.

1989 - Founding board member of CHRSP (Canadian Human Resource System Professionals).
